WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Maintaining and reconciling multiple clients’ financial records

• Preparing financial statements 

• Preparing sales tax and payroll tax returns

• Preparing year-end workpapers 

• Analyzing financial records, identifying, and investigate variances

• Creating and analyzing budgets and forecasts

• Managing Accounts payable process

• Supervise and assist accounting and bookkeeping staff

• Assist with consulting and other projects

WHAT SKILLSET AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED?

• Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

• Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a senior role

• Strong technology skills

• Strong multitasking skills

• Strong communications skills

• Right attitude and willingness
