Dalia Cantor is founder and CEO of CPA Solutions, headquartered in Orlando, Fla. With her more than 25 years’ experience as an accountant, business consultant and tax advisor, Dalia leads a talented team of accounting professionals.

Dalia founded CPA Solutions in 2008 to provide specialty services, including robust financial reporting, unique tax strategies, and advisory services for clients. She is an industry expert in day-to-day accounting, practice consulting and tax planning areas, guiding her health care clients through partnerships and acquisitions.

Prior to CPA Solutions, Dalia worked in public accounting managing both domestic and foreign audit and tax clients. In private industry, she was involved in the regulatory environment, specializing in technical accounting, internal controls, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and M&A transactions for publicly held, international companies. Throughout her time in the private industry sector, Cantor managed various subsidiaries and finance departments in 18 countries.

Dalia is an active member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and American Bankers Association (ABA). She is also active in the Central Florida community, serving as a board chair of Advent Health Cancer Foundation and supports various organizations including Avalon Park Foundation, Celebration Foundation, Covenant House Florida, National Association of Women Business Owners (“NAWBO”), and Orlando Rescue Mission.

Dalia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and New York, as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
